Designed with the smaller or start-up company in mind, our standard Small Business ATOL Trust accounts reduce the costs associated with the Civil Aviation Authority’s usual full ATOL trust structure.

With additional support from our ATOL specialist consultants, we can provide you with an efficient and painless route to ATOL compliance.

Serenity’s small business ATOL trust accounts work like this: –

  • All consumer payments made for flight inclusive travel arrangements will settle directly into the trust account;
  • Serenity as trustees would release payments based on a ‘payment request’ system where:-

 

  1. Performance – a consumer has returned from travel
  1. Corporate Credit Card Flight Purchase Reimbursement – reimbursement of payments made using a corporate credit card to a flight carrier in return for a confirmed ticket with guaranteed travel.

All other funds must stay in trust until after the customer has travelled.
