Our ‘gold standard’ package travel trust account works simply and smoothly and so provide cost effective travel financial protection.  Simple yet reliable, they won’t need to be renewed annually. 

They support a Merchant Services Application and avoid payment of annual membership fees or fees for services that you don’t need.

Serenity’s Gold Standard package travel trust account envisages the following structure:-

  • All consumer payments for packages to settle directly into the trust account from commencement of the trust arrangement;
  • Serenity as trustees are authorised by the trust deed to release payments based on a ‘payment request’ system in the following situations:-
  1. Performance (a consumer has returned from travel)
  2. Refund to consumer (you have made a refund to a customer)
  3. Cancellation by consumer (any cancellation charges due to you under your booking conditions)

Serenity’s package travel trust accounts are ideally suited to cruise, coach and other group travel operations as they are priced based on the number of return dates featured in your sales portfolio.
