A travel trust deed is a legal document that creates the trust, giving a person or organisation (the trustee) the right to manage money for another party, and says how this should be done.
As with any legal document, one size does not fit all circumstances. It’s important to make sure that any trust instrument you enter into properly reflects the powers and obligations on the trustee; and the parameters within which the money in a trust account can be handled.
